Many homes have residents who require special electric powered equipment for life support. In the event of a storm, accident, disconnection, or planned outage this could be of considerable concern.



It is physically impossible for Nemaha-Marshall Electric to guarantee 100% service. Electric service outages can and do occur. In order to minimize any associated problems we ask you to do some advanced planning. First, contact your local office and describe your situtation to our personnel. If a medical condition is present, a letter from your attending physician or medical care provider will need to be sent to the office so you can be added to our Medical Alert List. Second, if continouos electric power is needed you may want to consider the purchase of a stand by generator of adequate size to handle the electric load.
