Youth Tour Information

Every year, electric cooperatives across the nation select area students as their representatives in the Youth Tour hosted in our nation’s capital for a week. Over 1,800 students from 45 states will be attending the Youth Tour, where our student delegates will join 35 other Kansas co-op youth who also travel with a four-student delegation from Hawaii.

Nemaha-Marshall Electric believes in investing in our youth because we are creating the leaders of tomorrow.

Nemaha-Marshall will sponsor two youth trip programs in 2024!

One Student will have an opportunity to visit Washington, D.C. June 14-20, 2024, and one student will experience Steamboat Springs, CO at Cooperative Leadership Camp July 12-18, 2024.

Any high school junior within the Nemaha-Marshall Electric Cooperative territory is eligible.
